To work around the fact that Alert's Webhooks cannot pull the user info in the alert to properly message which user trigged the alert, we are leveraging workflows that trigger on the alert and then send a channel message with that info.
It would be wonderful if we could do an "or" in the when field for the same product to minimize extraneous workflows.
