Removing a Google Domain

Removing a Google Domain sounds easy, but if you have hundreds or thousand of end users that were using it as a primary or alias (who have left the company) Google will give you a big thumbs down until ALL email addresses, aliases, and groups associated to that domain have been successfully removed - the issue here is then coming through a CSV export list to locate those accounts and remove them - ONE BY ONE - that is not effective or efficient.

There should be a method in BetterCloud to be able to search by the root domain, compile a report, and then remove those accounts in bulk (whether they are a G Suite Account or Google Group).

This would be essential to also locate rogue accounts as well that might still exist. There needs to be a cleaner way to accomplish this task when purging a domain from the Admin Console.

Hey Chris! Can you use the BetterCloud users grid to filter by this? Let me know if I'm off here (

Hey Peter! I actually got on a call with my CSM and we figured it out!

I am also looking to see if there is a workflow possible - I am having her look into a possible option for that. Thanks again!

Sounds good, you can probably use an on-demand workflow for that (after filtering the grid), or you write an automation script and query the APIs for users that fit that, and send them through a workflow
